Cancellation policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after fulfillment has begun.

Preorders
Preorders are for items that are not yet in stock. Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your order, and estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
Preorders can be canceled anytime before the order is fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed or files have been accessed.

Physical Orders
Orders that have entered the fulfillment process or have shipped cannot be canceled. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
