Shipping Options
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries internationally:
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
At this time, we do not ship to EU countries.
Please note: Free ground shipping applies only to domestic orders and is not available for international shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) once they reach your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Nurse Well Versed is not responsible for any additional fees imposed upon delivery.
Order Delays
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information and reach out to your local post office first.
