Refund policy
Nurse Well Versed does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on Digital downloads (PDFs). Digital downloads (PDFs) that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that once a digital download has been sent, it cannot be returned.
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging.
- Any items that were plastic-wrapped or vacuum-sealed must remain sealed.
- All included components, such as stickers, must be intact and included.
- Items must be shipped back in the original box (or similar protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.
- A restocking fee of up to 7% may be deducted to cover inspection and processing.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@nursewellversed.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos of the item, including any damage if applicable
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund (minus return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee) will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- If rejected, the item will not be refunded and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- E-books or digital items – Due to the nature of digital downloads, these products cannot be returned once they have been emailed or made available for download.
- Items that are not in their original condition – This includes items that are used, missing parts, or not returned in their original packaging.
- Individual items included in bulk orders – bulk orders are final sale and not eligible for partial or individual-item returns.
- Returns initiated after 14 days from the purchase date.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages
Nurse Well Versed is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
- If an order is shipped to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is held at a carrier pickup location and is not retrieved within the designated time frame, it may be returned to us. Nurse Well Versed is not responsible for any return shipping fees due to non-pickup. If the package is returned and the customer requests reshipment, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Nurse Well Versed is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your package is missing, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking information for the latest updates.
- Contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for assistance.
- If your package has not moved for an extended period, the carrier may be able to provide more details or initiate a claim.
If your package is still missing after filing a claim with the shipping provider, contact us at hello@nursewellversed.com, and we will assist you further.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you and file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)
Once we receive this information, we’ll review it and let you know the next steps. If the damage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please note: Items must be unused and reported within the 7-day window to be eligible for replacement.
Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
- Look around your property (mailroom, front door, side entrance, etc.).
- Contact your local post office to confirm the delivery details.
- Allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, please reach out to us at hello@nursewellversed.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will do our best to assist you, but after this timeframe, we may not be able to provide further support.
